INTERNET EXPLORER/MOZILLA USERS:
1. Go to Spys Proxies;
2. Choose a NON-USA proxy in list (Ex: 195.18.23.25:8080);

INTERNET EXPLORER USERS ONLY:
1. Click Tools > Internet Options;
2. Click on the connections tab;
3. Click the button labled "Lan Settings" > Check the box labled "Use a proxy server for your LAN";
4. Click "Advanced" enter the info for the proxy you choose, In the "Proxy Address" collumn enter the IP address it gave you, or the number before the ":", and in the "Port" collumn enter the Port Number, or the number after the ":"
5. Then click OK > OK > OK >

FIREFOX USERS ONLY:
1. In your Mozilla Firefox, open "Tools", "Options";
2. Go to "General" and click "Connection Settings";
3. Check the box labled "Manually Configure Proxy", enter the Proxy info the same way as it was done in the IE guide, IP Address first (numbers before the ":"), Port Number second (numbers after the ":") Then click OK> OK
